Treemont Health Care Center is an affiliated licensed facility that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. We are Medicare Certified; provide 24 hour nursing home services and Post Hospital Rehabilitation. Seniors looking for rehabilitation or nursing home care also have a place at Treemont Retirement Community. With our highly qualified team of geriatric medical professionals, we work with you and your family to design a care program based on your specific needs to allow the quality of life you deserve. Many of our Independent Living residents come for a short rehabilitation stay and return to their independent apartments.
