Treemont’s Assisted Living option offers personalized assistance, supportive services, and compassionate care in a professionally managed, carefully designed community setting. It’s the perfect alternative for seniors who can no longer live on their own at home, yet don’t need 24-hour, complex skilled medical care.

Our assisted living Houston approach provides the ideal solution for seniors who need some help with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing and medication reminders. We focus on wellness and keeping residents as independent as possible by providing a tailored plan of assistance. Our residents enjoy beautifully appointed living spaces, delicious meals, engaging social activities, and personalized assistance and care.

What sets Treemont Assisted Living apart is that we have straightforward monthly rates, with no community or entry fees. There are no level of care or up charges to surprise you at the end of the month as you might find in other assisted living facilities. You get an all-inclusive monthly rate that includes incontinence supplies and durable medical equipment access (canes, walkers, wheelchairs, adjustable beds). Additional amenities include: Cable TV, WiFi, snacks, 24-hours supervision, 3 nutritious meals, snacks, medication management, activities, and housekeeping.

 

Meanwhile, whenever you need assistance, whether it is with dressing, bathing, dining, our friendly highly trained staff are at your services. Through consultation with you and your family and regular care plans, we ensure that you will receive just the right amount of care for your needs.In your own airy, room you will enjoy all the comforts of home, and do as much for yourself as you are able. You can enjoy three home-style meals each and take part in as many of our social and recreational activities as you choose.

Treemont Assisted Living also offers Short-Term Respite Stays to provide a reprieve for caregivers taking care of a loved one. The caregiver can have peace of mind knowing that their loved one will receive personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming) in a socially engaging environment. A short-term nature of a respite stay can be beneficial to all.
